What We Do
Home Health Aide Services
Aides are available to help with the patient's care and hygiene and to provide light homemaking services.
Social Services
Medical Social Workers provide short.
Term counseling services, referral to and in coordination with community resources, and assistance with living arrangements, finances, and long-term care planning.
Speech Therapy Services
To assist patients with impaired communication skills to regain those skills or learn alternative ways to express their needs and feelings.
Physical Therapy Services
Provide a physician prescribed treatment aimed at the development and restoration of muscle and joint function.
Supplies/Equipment
All medically necessary supplies for wound care, DM care, catheter care, and DMES may be ordered by our agency using the patient's insurance.
If the insurance does not cover some supplies, our staff will discuss the patient's financial arrangement before these are ordered.
Occupational Therapy Services
Help patients regain the skills necessary for self-care and the activities of daily living.
